            Notes

            Recipe Notes for French Toast:
            1. Bread choice: Challah, brioche, or baguette work well for French toast.
            2. Egg mixture: Don't over-whisk eggs, as it can make them too frothy.
            3. Cooking time: Adjust heat and cooking time based on bread thickness and desired crispiness.
            4. Toppings: Experiment with different toppings to find your favorite combinations.
            5. Make ahead: French toast can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen for later use. Simply toast or microwave to reheat.
            Tips for perfection:
            1. Use room-temperature ingredients for better mixing.
            2. Don't overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
            3. Keep French toast warm in a low-temperature oven (200°F) while cooking multiple batches.
            Variations:
            1. Stuffed French toast with cream cheese, fruit, or Nutella
