Equipment
- 1 vegetable dryer to remove the water from lettuce
- 1 chopping board green chopping board cutting lettuce tomato cucumber capsicum radish spring onion,
- 1 Knife for cutting
- 2 bowl for mixing salad and preparing dressing
- 1 salad bowl for serving
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sumac olive oil, molasses, sumac whisking together for dressing
- 120 gram Romain lettuce cut it square or Julian shape
- 4 pcs cherry tomato
- 1 piece cucumber diced
- 15 gram capsicum diced
- 2 piece red radish cut in thinly slices
- 5 pcs mint whole pcs
- 5 pcs zaatar leaves whole pcs
- 6 pcs crunchy pitta bread cut pitta bread, mix with pepper olive oil salt and zaatar powder and bake it until golden brown
- 1 tsp parsely chopped
- 1 piece spring onion thinly slice
