Makhani Maggi is a fusion dish that combines the rich, buttery flavors of Indian makhani sauce with quick and easy Maggi noodles. It’s perfect for a comforting, spicy, and creamy meal in just 10 minutes!
instructions:1️⃣ Prepare the Makhani Sauce: • Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. • Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. • Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook until raw smell disappears. • Pour in tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes. • Add cashew paste, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates. • Mix in tomato ketchup, milk/cream, and kasuri methi. Simmer for 2 minutes.2️⃣ Cook the Maggi: • In the same pan, add water and Maggi noodles. • Add Maggi taste-maker masala and cook until noodles are done.3️⃣ Final Touch: • Mix everything well so the Maggi absorbs the creamy makhani sauce. • Garnish with grated cheese, chopped coriander, and black pepper.
