How to make Dal Makhani

ingredients:

1 cup kaali dal ( black lentil)

1/2 cup rajma ( kidney beans)

1/4 cup chana dal ( yellow lentil)

mix together these 3 kinds of lentil (dal) wash it 2 or 3 times, use water 4 cups for boiling 1tbsp degi mirch 2tbsp vegetables oil boil it until cooked.

Main ingredients:

1tbsp ginger garlic paste

2tbsp melted butter

1/4 cup tomato puree

cooked it on slow fire until golden brown the texture, use boiled dal ( lentil) mix it with texture and simmer it until cooked

final touch:

after cooked dal use 2tbsp fresh cooking cream and butter cubes 4 pcs mix it well and enjoy your dal makhani
