Ingredients:
• 500g boneless chicken (cut into pieces)
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• Salt to taste
For Gravy:
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 medium tomatoes (pureed)
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1/2 cup fresh cream
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Marinate Chicken: Mix chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Rest 30 mins.
2. Cook Chicken: Grill, pan-fry, or bake until done.
3. Make Gravy: In a pan, melt butter. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, spices, sugar, and salt. Cook 5–7 mins.
4. Finish: Add cream and cooked chicken. Simmer 5 mins.
5. Serve: Garnish with coriander. Enjoy with naan or rice.
