
Ingredients
Butter – 80 gram
Flour ( All purpose flour) – 80 gram
Here we make roux flour and butter quantity equal for the roux
next step:
Milk – 1 litter
cooking Cream – 200 ml
salt – 1/2 tsp
pepper – 1/4 tsp
Boil it together after mix the roux on it and whisk it slowly on slow fire after you will add salt and black pepper once done here your béchamel sauce ready for pasta and for many more dishes
