1 lb chicken, cut into pieces
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add
2 tbsp oil
onion, bell pepper and sadé
1 large onion, cubed
for 2-3 mins. Set aside.
1 green bell pepper, cubéd
2. In the same pan, add
2 tomatoes, chopped
tomatoes, ginger garlic paste
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
and cook until tomatoes
2 tsp ground corlander
soften.
1 tsp ground cumin
3. Add spices and sauté for
2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder a minute. Add chicken, salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
and cook for 5-7 mins.

4. Add onion, bell pepper,
chopped cilantro
garam masala and cook until chicken is done. Garnish with cilantro.
